Businesses will not be listed unless full payment is received by August the 31^st, 2006.  If full payment is not received, BARRcom reserves the right to not publish any details and refund any moneys paid by the customer withholding a fee for administrative costs incurred.

Please print information carefully on the registration form.  BARRcom can not be held responsible for errors and/or omissions due to illegible hand writing or typographical errors.  We take all reasonable care in compiling our print advertising publications, however, the information in our publications is provided 'as is' and we do not warrant or represent that it is complete, current or free from errors or omissions.

Advertisements booked are accepted as being placed by the Principal and the signature appearing on the face of the Registration Form is presumed to be that of the authorised person within the company liable for all costs and expenses incidental to this order.

Every effort will be made to distribute the Community Directories throughout the entire Wyndham community, however, BARRcom does not assert that every household will be reached and does not make claim that a minimum level of distribution will be attained.
The images of the directories and the proposed advertising can only be used as a guide.  BARRcom may at its discretion alter the format and layout of the publications to enhance the usability of the directories for the end users.  The pricing of the directory's listings covers the cost of printing and there is little margin should a minimum number of listings not be reached.  Therefore, in order for the directories to be published BARRcom may need to create additional listing types or alter the format of the directories.  Should BARRcom not proceed with publication of the directories then all monies will be refunded unconditionally.
